At faytech, we design and manufacture all critical touch components in-house or through trusted partners, ensuring performance, durability, and consistency. Optical bonding is just one part of our commitment – every glass panel, backlight, sensor, and housing plays a vital role in creating displays that excel in industrial and outdoor environments.
The glass panel forms the device’s cover glass, providing durability and optimal visibility. faytech uses chemically etched, anti-glare coated glass to reduce reflections and enhance see-through quality. Our panels meet the highest durability standards with at least 7H hardness and less than 4% haze transparency, ensuring long-lasting performance. All panels undergo strict quality inspections before integration into our touch components.
faytech offers two backlight configurations, optimized for display size and usage:
• Edge Backlights - Ideal for slim and compact displays, edge backlights deliver efficient light distribution with low power consumption.
• Full Array Backlights (32” and larger) - Equipped with a dense matrix of LEDs for extreme brightness and contrast. The dynamic backlight feature enhances image quality by dimming LEDs in dark areas, ensuring crystal-clear visuals even in bright environments.
• Custom Mainboards - Developed by faytech's engineering team with partners in Taiwan and Germany, our mainboards are tailored for stability, performance, and upgradeability.
• Touch Controllers - Designed internally with a focus on capacitive touch technology, delivering seamless responsiveness, durability, and precision.
• Cover Glass Treatments - Options include anti-glare, anti-reflective, and anti-fingerprint coatings (sizes 7”–86”) to optimize visibility and user experience.
• Touch Sensors & Controllers - Engineered and produced in-house for 7” to 86” devices, ensuring smooth integration and long-term reliability.
• Touch Panels - Laminated assemblies of cover glass and touch sensors, providing durability, clarity, and stable touch performance.
Our metal production facility in Suining manufactures aluminum and metal housings in custom sizes and finishes. These rugged enclosures enhance touch component durability, heat management, and aesthetics, making them suitable for industrial and outdoor environments.
faytech offers turnkey touch kits for quick integration, including LCD panels with optically bonded touch panels and controllers. The Pure Front Kit is engineered for machinery and custom cut-outs. This touch component kit combines cover glass, touch sensor, and LCD module into one bonded unit, complete with cabling (LVDS or eDP) for easy installation. Options include LED backlight driver boards when required. Customizable for client-specific needs, it provides a versatile solution across industries.
