The ultimate highlight was the Napster AI Mini; the most innovative AI interactive kiosk experience we have presented to date. This kiosk, launched in partnership with 99Sensors, Napster and 3D Global, features voice-driven AI avatars for any display, and a directional microphone for clear voice interaction in challenging acoustic environments. It also features real-time analytics on visitor sentiment, languages, and topics, and a retrofit kit compatible with existing screens.

Beyond Napster’s impressive AI Avatar software and 99Sensors’ advanced microphone technology, the kiosk itself brings significant hardware innovation. It features a 21.5″ Full HD 10-point capacitive touch display with Clear Bond® optical bonding and IK07-rated, thermally strengthened cover glass. At its core is the AI Mini PC G1 Elite, powered by a Qualcomm® Snapdragon® X Elite 12‑core processor, 32 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, and a Qualcomm Hexagon NPU delivering 45 TOPS for low-latency on-device AI, running Windows 11 IoT with Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity.
The kiosk also integrates a 2.1″ circular “Napster View” 3D display developed together with 3D Global, a ReSpeaker XVF3800 4‑mic array (“AI-mic bubble”), a 48 MP wide-angle camera, NFC reader, and 10 W / 8 Ω speakers (“audio bubble”). All components are housed in a custom, powder-coated aluminum chassis, designed for professional, always-on kiosk deployments.
