Freiburg, December 28, 2021 – Spot landing for Christmas: We are very pleased to announce that mic AG signed the purchase agreement for the acquisition of all shares in faytech AG on December 24.
The faytech is one of the leading manufacturers of touch solutions. Development and sales of faytech products take place in Germany, China and the USA. The production takes place predominantly at locations in China.
The concentration of many years of experience and highly qualified expertise in the fields of self-service (Pyramid) and touch screen (faytech) technologies under the umbrella of mic AG will result in synergy effects that will have a positive impact on the growth of the group. The expected pro forma group sales of mic AG in fiscal year 2022 will increase to approx. EUR 100 million. Detailed information on the acquisition and the further procedure will follow!
